Did you submit the Info Form for the eBook Cover or the Editorial Agreement for Editing Services that you’re buying? If you just clicked add to cart from a main page you might have missed the form. If you didn’t complete the form yet, please click the image or item text in the cart below to go to the product’s individual page. The form is on the right for predesigned covers and underneath the image in the description area for Custom eBook Covers and all Editing Packages. Make sure you click submit when finished. If you’re purchasing more than one cover or service, repeat the process to submit a form for each item. When finished, return to the cart and click Proceed To PayPal to finish your order. To return to the cart at any time, you can always click the VIEW CART link in the main menu at the top of the site. Thank you!
